Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager 

Start Date: Immediately 

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Day Rate: £230 - £250 per day depending on experience 

Project: Working with a private client on a new build high end luxury house. Works will include traditional brick and block with timber cladding and a zinc roof. 

Responsibilities:

• Numebr 1 on site reporting into a visiting contract manager 


• Management and coordination of Labour


• Sequencing Subcontractors 


• Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors 


• Management and coordination of deliveries 


• Procurement of materials and plant 


• Tool box talks and inductions 


• Site inspections 

The Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role 


• Excellent organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.


• Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.


• CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.


• Recent workplace references.
