Site Manager – West Cornwall

Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 

12 month fixed term contract

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in commercial construction? Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established private developer for a project involving a steel frame build and timber frame construction in West Cornwall.

This is a fixed term contract for the duration of both schemes, circa 12 months. There could be a permanent opportunity for the right person. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.


• Manage direct staff, labour, and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity.


• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations on-site.


• Procure and manage materials efficiently to align with project needs.


• Collaborate with the commercial and design teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Essential)


• Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally with steel frame and timber frame builds.


• Strong leadership and organisational skills.


• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
