Site Manager

PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Kent to start immediately on a permanant�basis. Our client is a major UK main contractor. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage�site�operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.


• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.


• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.


• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a�Site�Manager�


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Familiarity with construction management software and industry standards.
