Site Manager

Role: Site Manager

Salary: �55,000/�75,000 + Package

Location: Nationwide

Our client an establsihed contractor have secured several framework agreements for major�high street and supermarket chains, now have a need for additonal SIte Managers to join them on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams


• Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings


• Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team


• Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates


• Attend and manage on-site scheme phases


• Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary


• Perform site surveys


• Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times

Qualifications

• SMSTS


• First Aid Certificate


• Asbestos Awareness


• Black CSCS card
