Job Description They are a well-established regional house builder renowned for delivering premium quality homes to an NHBC 5★ standard. With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a new development in West Yorkshire.
The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the development is delivered to the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of construction, from groundworks through to handover, ensuring homes are built to programme while maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the construction of high-quality homes in line with NHBC 5★ standards
Ensuring the site operates in full compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to building regulations
Managing sites with 100+ units, ensuring efficient programme management and site logistics
Liaising with clients, design teams, and senior management to provide progress updates and address any site-related challenges
