Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager 

Start Date: May 2025

Location: Maidstone

Day Rate: £230 - £260per day depending on experience 

Project: Working with a smaller regional contractor who have an excellent reputation in their field are looking for a Site Manager who can oversee the construction of 8 traditional build houses in Maidstone. 

Responsibilities:

• Numebr 1 on site reporting into a visiting contract manager 


• Management and coordination of Labour


• Sequencing Subcontractors 


• Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors 


• Management and coordination of deliveries 


• Procurement of materials and plant 


• Tool box talks and inductions 


• Site inspections 

The Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role 


• Excellent organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.


• Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.


• CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.


• Recent workplace references.
