About the Role



We are seeking both a Site Manager and a Project Manager to join our team in Middlesbrough, working on the delivery of high-quality Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic property developer with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence in the sector.



Responsibilities



Site Manager:





  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.




  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain high-quality standards.




  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.




  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.




  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.




  • Maintain accurate site records and reports.





Project Manager:





  • Take full ownership of the project from inception to completion.




  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.




  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.




  • Identify and mitigate project risks.




  • Ensure compliance with legal, planning, and regulatory requirements.




  • Drive project delivery to meet quality, cost, and time objectives.





Requirements



For Both Roles:





  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within residential or PBSA sectors.




  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards.




  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.




  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.




  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (preferred for Site Manager).




  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (preferred for Project Manager).
