Job Opportunity: Site Engineer
Location: Beauly, Inverness
Job Type: Temporary (2-Year Duration)
Company: Contract Scotland on behalf of a Regional Civil Engineering Contractor

Role Overview:
Contract Scotland is looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our client’s team in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful civil engineering projects within the infrastructure, energy, and utilities sectors.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Setting out and surveying.
  • Supervising site activities and conducting inductions for new team members.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards and targets.
  • Managing on-site Quality Assurance systems and related record-keeping.
  • Communicating proactively across teams to facilitate project goals.

What You Can Expect:


  • Immediate start for a 2 year duration.
  • Accommodation provided.
  • Competitive Daily rate of £300 - £350 (gross), dependent on experience.
  • Full-time hours:

    • Monday – Thursday: 07:00 - 18:00
    • Friday: 07:00 - 17:00


Requirements:


  • Demonstrable experience on civil engineering projects.
  • Previous experience on substation projects is desirable.
  • Proficiency in setting out.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
