Site Senior Quality Manager (Milton Keynes) - �45,000 - �50,000

Are you a passionate quality professional with experience in the food manufacturing industry?�We're looking for a Site Senior Quality Manager to join our established factory�in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you'll lead the way in:

• Overseeing all quality control processes


• Managing a team of quality professionals


• Maintaining a testing program for our products


• Representing the company during audits


• Identifying and resolving quality issues


• Continuously improving our quality standards

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 5 years' experience in food manufacturing quality control


• A strong understanding of quality management principles (BRC preferred)


• Experience working with retailers and customers on quality matters


• Leadership and communication skills to manage a team


• A problem-solving mentality and a focus on continuous improvement
