Site Supervisor - Demolition

RTL are on the look out for a Demolition Site Supervisor to work on behalf of a leading Demolition contractor whose�services include all methods of demolition, asbestos survey and abatement, waste management, industrial dismantling, earthworks and land remediation.�

My client has ongoing work for the right candidate!!�

Pay rate is OUTSIDE IR35!!�

Site Supervisor duties:�

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.


• Managing specialist Sub Contractors


• Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.


• Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets


• Organising and managing labour on site


• Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.


• Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.


• Arranging inductions


• To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.�

Supervisor Requirements:�

• SMSTS�


• CCDO Gold card��


• Experience working for Demolition sub contractors�


• 5 + years management experience��
