My client�is one of the�leading planned maintenance and�affordable housing refurbishment contractors in the South of the UK.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to cover the Brkshier region.

My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Voids and�Roofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.

Requirements:

To oversee the management and delivery of void property repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are brought back to standards efficiently and within budget.

The role requires strong coordination�and technical expertise to maintain high standards of service delivery in line with health and safety regulations and organizational targets.

You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager and have previous experience working on Voids properties.
