You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This high-profile and multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the industry. This organisation offers excellent opportunities to move into more leadership roles and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Supervisor to work on water schemes in the West Midlands area.
Your new role
As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Organising and supervising all site activities
Ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications
Conducting site inspections
Recording the progress of the works
Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to specified quality
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry in a supervisory capacity
CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid
Sound organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive:
Starting salary of up to £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
