Site Supervisor

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in Earthworks and preferably Highways to join our team on a prestigious project in Aylesbury. This is an immediate start position with a project duration of approximately 8-9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

• Experience:�Proven experience in Earthworks and Highways projects


• Qualifications:�SSSTS or SMSTS certification


• Health & Safety:�Safety Critical medical clearance

Role Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining efficient and safe working practices.

• Supervising and managing earthworks and highway construction activities


• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations


• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
