Our client, a leading utility and construction project management company, with expertise across a wide variety of sectors, delivering high quality projects committed to excellence, safety, and innovation is looking for a water qualified NEC & EEC trained supervisor. As a Site Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing water infrastructure projects in compliance with NEC�or EEC ensuring that all project activities adhere to technical, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within the projected budget.�



Key Responsibilities & Requirements:�





  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.�







  • Monitor and guide contractors, subcontractors, and site staff to meet project specifications and schedules enforcing compliance with NEC/EEC contract terms and conditions.�







  • Ensure the project aligns with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.�







  • Perform regular inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and equipment and maintain accurate site records, including work progress, delays, and documentation.�







  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders and provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts promptly.�







  • Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently, forecast, and manage project risks, including resource shortages or delays.�







  • Strong knowledge of NEC/EEC contract frameworks and application in water related projects.�







  • Strong understanding of water sector regulations, including environmental and safety standards.�







  • Degree/ equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or related field.�







  • Experience in NEC/EEC contract management is highly desirable.�







  • Significant years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the water sector.�







  • Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and decision- making skills.��
