This company is a leader in architectural and structural steelwork, with over 17 years of experience delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your career with a company that values excellence, innovation, and its people.
In this varied role you will require flexibility as you take on Site Management responsibilities, overseeing teams of operatives and contractors while liaising with senior leadership and clients. You will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to deliver projects, travelling to sites across Bedfordshire and North London.
This role is ideal for a Site Supervisor with previous experience in the steel industry, looking to join a leading UK company that offers free healthcare, training, and a company van for travel between sites.

The Role:

• Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standards
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance are upheld throughout all operations
• Oversee subcontractors, manage resources
• Work closely with Senior Site Managers and project teams to address and resolve challenges
• Ensure project schedules are followed to guarantee smooth and timely delivery
• Monday to Friday ((8:00am-4:30pm) 40 hours a week

The Person:

• Site Supervisor or similar
• CSCS & SSSTS
• Previous experience in a steel construction environment
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
