Russell Taylor Group are looking for good, reliable SSSTS Supervisor to work on a commercial construction project in LU1, Luton starting ASAP!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organisational goals.
Responsibilities
�Supervise daily activities of team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
�Manage workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
�Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
�Address any operational issues promptly and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
�Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
�Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.

�Previous experience in a similar role.
