Project Duration: Until October 2025 (Practical Completion)

With a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Site Supervisor to join their team for an exciting new venture.



About the Project:

This project involves the construction of�new build warehouse units in Dartford. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and industry standards.

  • Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

  • Monitor progress and report on key milestones, keeping the project on schedule.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and health and safety regulations.

  • Support the project team in resolving technical issues, offering guidance where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and assist with project documentation.

  • Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices.



Key Requirements:




  • Proven experience as an M&E Site Supervisor in the construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services, including installation, commissioning, and testing.

  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a team effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Valid site safety certification (e.g., SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
