This is an exciting opportunity for an experience building services Supervisor to work for a leading, established FM contractor specialising in a broad range of projects & contracts.

Duties include:

• Scheduling and packaging jobs for subcontractors
• Management of planned and reactive maintenance on site
• Oversee day to day compliance and H&S on site.
• Carryout peridic checks and associated compliance
• Ensuring all works completed are in line with RAMS as appropriate
• Client liaison.
• Signing off mechanical & electrical works (must have a relevant qualification).
• Arranging trades on site for project work

Must have qualifications / certifications:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Professional qualification 
• Previous building services experience
• Supervisory experience essential
