School Site Supervisor – Cardiff Area

• Hours: 39.5 hours per week (afternoons & evenings)
• Requirements: Enhanced DBS & EWC Registration

Are you a reliable and proactive individual looking for a hands-on role in a school setting? An education recruitment company is seeking a Site Supervisor to support a client school in the Cardiff area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securing the school buildings and setting intruder alarms
• Assisting cleaning staff and carrying out minor maintenance
• Waste management and site upkeep
• Delivering goods and escorting contractors as needed
• Ensuring hygiene supplies are replenished

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferably at an address local to the area
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• Practical, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with physical tasks and general maintenance

Additional Details:

• Working hours will be afternoons into the evening, with some flexibility required.
• Dark-coloured casual clothing and safety footwear required.
• Other PPE will be provided.
