Job Title: Live-In Campsite WardensLocation: Longnor, Newtown SK17 0NGHourly rate: £12.00, plus onsite pitch for either a campervan or touring caravanHours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 09.00am - 13.00pm and 14.00pm - 17.00pm with requirement to be on call three nights a week.Start Date: ASAPLength of Contract: PermanentGi Group Recruitment are now seeking to appoint Live-In Site Wardens to our client based in Longnor, Newtown. The Site Wardens will give guests an unforgettable stress-free experience, ensuring they have the warmest welcome possible from the moment they enquire
until they return home after their stay.This role is a live in position and an onsite pitch will be provided for either a campervan or touring caravan. The site is open for 10 months of the year and this position may be of interest for couples, due to shared accommodation requirements. Duties of the Live-In Site Warden
Handle telephone booking enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure guests receive a consistent and supportive service regardless of who they speak to and to make them feel excited and confident about their upcoming stay.
Maintain an accurate and up to date booking system.
General maintenance and repairs on and around the site.
Exercise five-star cleaning regimes and turnarounds of accommodation, amenity blocks and hot tubs.
Identify small ways which would increase guest experience without incurring significant expenditure.
Greet guests professionally and in a friendly manner on arrival at the site, show them to their pitch and ensure that they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Tailor the check-in process to the needs of the guests.
Adopt polite and firm practices to ensure that guests follow the site rules without being dictated to, especially when undertaking security walk-rounds at night.
Be an ambassador for the campsite even when off duty, particularly when living on site.
Ensure the work you do is of high quality and that any procedures are followed.
Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with any checklists, instructions, safe systems of work, safety rules/procedures, regulations or codes of practice.
Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective clothing/equipment provided are used.
Experience Required
Have either a caravan or campervan due to it being a live in position.
Previous customer service experience will be highly beneficial.
