Hours of Work: 37.50 per week Monday to Thursday 7am/3.30pm and Friday 7am/12.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assembler, you will:

• Work in accordance with manufacturing specifications and operating instructions.


• Hand build rubber and textiles to meet high-quality standards.


• Operate safely and consistently, ensuring workplace safety.


• Collaborate effectively as part of a small team.


• Take responsibility for the quality of the products you manufacture.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities.


• Accurately report on the M3 (ERP system).

• Machinery Experience: While not essential, familiarity with machinery is highly beneficial for some roles.
