The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines, with a strong background in working with precision materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components.
- Work with a variety of materials including Titanium TS28 / AMS4967, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel.
- Interpret technical drawings and work from complex specifications to manufacture high-quality parts.
- Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC turning machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner with expertise in programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines.
- Experience working with precision materials, especially Titanium, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
