There has never been a better time to join us!The Role As a Skills Tutor for Project Search, you will be working at the Asda Blackburn store, in a variety of departments. You will be delivering a curriculum to support the development of skills sets enabling students to progress into employment. You will be working closely with both the Store Manager and local employers seeking employment opportunities to meet the employment needs of the individuals. As a Skills Tutor it is vital that you support both the monitoring and achievement of academic and EHCP targets. What are we looking for? We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a relevant academic or Industry related qualification and demonstrative ability of functional Maths & English. With experience of working with learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and of working in a support environment, youll have the ability communicate effectively with both learners and employers.
