Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Slinger to join our team in Oswestry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently attach and detach loads to and from cranes and other lifting equipment.


• Direct crane operators to move loads to required locations.


• Perform pre-use inspections of lifting equipment.


• Ensure all lifting operations comply with safety regulations and company procedures.


• Communicate effectively with crane operators and other site personnel.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CPCS Blue Slinger card or NPORS Slinger card.


• Proven experience working as a Slinger.


• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to lifting operations.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.


• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
