My client is a growing regional main contractor that are at an exciting time of growth, this has leaded them to be in the market for a small works project manager.
The small works project manager will manage multiple site projects, these will range from £500k up to around £5million.
They work as a business in a variety of sectors, residential, housing, industrial and commercial.
The small works manager will be delivering refurbishment projects mainly within their commercial projects. As small works Project Manager you will be making alterations and re- modelling works. You will schedule the works which are required to be undertaken.
Co ordinating with sub-contractors and in house trades and labour. Overseeing all works ensuring following site programmes within agree time scales.
You will be able to prioritise, and plan works to schedules. Ensuring all works undertaken are following the strictest health and safety guidelines.
This is position where client involvement and professionalism are crucial. Keeping client updated throughout construction phases. Due to the fast nature of the position and the works it would be preferable if you managed multiple projects and delivered similar refurbishment works.
