What youll do
As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, well ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top-class service were aiming for. Sharing the same performance goals as you, our office team will support you so were always working as one team to give the best possible customer experience. Youll also have the backing of Octopus Energys innovative tech power - so well be able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure were always delivering our best service. This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
Youll be just as happy talking to the customer and getting to know them as you are doing the installation itself. Day to day you can be fitting meters; showing customers how their meter and in-home display work; how it can help them save energy and answering any questions about the green energy revolution we are leading.
Who you are
We're looking for smart meter engineers with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence. Youll be representing our brands in our customers homes; in many cases, the first face-to-face contact a customer has with Octopus Energy - so our expectations are high. People skills are important to us, and it would be pretty great if you had a flexible working approach too. Some skills we need from you include:
Valid, in date, MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC
Gas Safe CCN1 - MET1 or CMA1 - MET1 (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

This is made up of multiple-choice questions and three short video interview questions .
