Smart Energy Engineer PAYE £37,104 (plus London Weighting Allowance where applicable)
As a Smart Energy Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include installing smart meters for both gas and electricity, diagnosing any faults, and carrying out necessary repairs.
Qualifications Required:
? Current certifications in CCN1 or CMA1 and MET1 with at least 6 months validity remaining.
? A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

? Base Salary: £37,104 (plus London Weighting Allowance where applicable) ? Bonus Scheme:
? Offers uncapped earning potential. ? Bonuses are paid quarterly and can be taken as either time off or cash.
? Working Hours: 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days (8 hours per day). Shifts may begin as early as 7 AM and end as late as 6:30 PM. Weekend work is occasionally required, typically 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks.

? Shift Details: Any questions regarding on-call payments, standby payments, location, or shift patterns can be discussed with the manager during the interview.
Induction and Training:
? Induction: A 10-day classroom-based induction at one of our academies (Dartford, Thatcham, or Leicester).
? First Day: You will need to arrange your own transport to the induction site, where you will receive your van on Day 1.
? Support & Monitoring: Youll work alongside a mentor for 2-3 weeks to ensure youre fully up to speed.
