Padstone require a Qualified Smoke/Fire Alarm Engineer.

Padstone need a skilled and experienced Fire Engineer to complete a 2 part phase on a residential build in Gillingham. Your mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safety of our clients and their new build properties. Candidates must have proof of their own Public Liability Insurance to work on this construction site.

Duties:
- First phase = 1st fix installation, fitting smoke alarm cables

- Second phase = 2nd fix connecting aov and commissioning smoke alarms around floors of new build flats


- To be able to complete service and installation of emergency light, access control, smoke alarms.

- Mon-Fri shifts.

Skills:
- Proficient in using tools for installation and maintenance work
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and their integration with fire protection systems
- Knowledge of building and construction codes, regulations, and industry standards related to fire safety
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of systems
