SMT Machine Operator

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an experienced SMT Machine Programmer & Operator for our reputable client based in Glasgow, Clydebank area. This is temporary to permanent role with a full-time work offered after successful 12-week probation period.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Thursday: 7.45am to 4.40pm, Friday: 7.45am to 12.50pm

Hourly pay rate:
Minimum of £12.17 per hour - depends on experience

Daily duties:
Setting andOperating SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines
SMT Quality Control
Final product inspection
Raising of rejects
Verification of documentation and records

Work experience and skills:
Experience in required sector/job type - essential
Great attention to details
Familiarisation with IPC610 acceptance standards - essential
Experience with Microsoft Excel - essential
Ability to work under production deadlines
