The role

As a Senior Commercial Specialist you will support the organisation by working with all Business units in respect to leading and coaching on business must win proposals, This is the main part of the role and this will require excellent communication skills across multiple disciplines and seniority.

You will work with the Business units in preparation of proposal strategy and approval meetings in line with targets and global commercial strategy. Your role will also support the Commercial Excellence Director and the Business Partners with training requirements including review of proposals with a view to coaching Commercial proposal writers in proposal excellence.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for an individual with a BSC in Business or Engineering. The individual will have previous experience in proposal writing, customer relation management and a technical background.

The individual must have a strong business-acumen, are client-oriented and actively focused on achieving sustainable results with a passion for success.
