Based in Kings Cross, London.The JobPlay a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user interface of digital products. You will work closely with a team of designers, engineers, and product/project managers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that drive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirementsDesign wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactionsCreate visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identityDevelop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platformsConduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usabilityStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and outputAdvocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organisationYouBachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and processProficient in Figma and other necessary tools for designExperience with design systems and component librariesStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience working in a Lean / Agile methodology, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
