Social Housing Site Manager

I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a contract working around Cannock. This role will be for 3-4 months to begin with, with the possibility of a permanent contract after that. The contracts will be working on Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment schemes within tenanted properties
The Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:

• Appraise RAMS
• Arrange and complete inductions
• Carry out weekly inspections
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour teams

Ideally, I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager that:

• Holds their SMSTS
• Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
• Holds their Manual Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
• Has experience working in social housing, and on Kitchen and Bathroom schemes

In return, the Social Housing Site Manager will receive:

• 26 - �27 per hour
• 3-4 months work, then a permanent position paying up to �42,000 a year
