As a Social Media and Competitor Analyst Assistant, you will play a vital role in our marketing team, responsible for managing our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will use AI-driven tools to generate compelling content and assist in competitor analysis to keep us informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. Under the guidance of the Managing Director, you will contribute to our digital marketing efforts and help shape our online strategy.. Responsibilities Create and curate engaging and relevant content for all social media and post content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media AI tools to optimise content and analyse performance updated on social media trends and best practices. Utilise AI-driven content generation tools to produce high-quality articles, posts, and and customise content to fit the unique requirements of each content is aligned with the brand's tone, values, and messaging. Conduct thorough research on competitors' social media activities and digital marketing competitors' product offerings, pricing, and findings and provide actionable insights to the Managing Director. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer data from various sources to assist in decision- reports and presentations to share research findings with the team. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business regular reports on social media performance and competitor analysis. Suggest improvements and strategies based on data-driven knowledge of and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools and social media management platforms is a written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a organisational and time management skills. Skills and Qualifications Essential Skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential stockists, conveying product information, negotiating terms, and building relationships with salon owners & decision-makers. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing a database of potential stockists, tracking communications and follow-ups, and prioritising tasks effectively. Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support collective goals and objectives. Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and initiative are important for proactively identifying sales opportunities, pursuing leads, and taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities to drive results and achieve sales targets independently. Previous experience or training in social media and familiar with all the different social media platforms. A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing, coupled with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices, is essential for driving innovation and continuously improving Ravine's online engagement strategies Desirable Skills Sales Skills: Promoting Ghostbond products to potential stockists and customers. The ability to identify sales & marketing opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits is crucial. Research and Analysis: The ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and deliver social media content looking at market trends and competitors.
