Our client is a high performing corporate CEO turned entrepreneur with a £ multi-million business portfolio across multiple sectors. With 30 years in business and a business portfolio consisting of a board advisory, business mentoring, property investing, mergers and acquisitions, public speaking, and podcasting.
You will be working on a freelance basis in South Wales
and will have the important role of creating the strategy, to enhance and improve their presence on their social media networks, including but not limited to, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

What we need from you as a Social Media Coordinator:
Minimum 12 months experience in:
Developing & implementing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy
Paid advertising and social media monetisation
Content creation to ensure content is relevant and written in the right voice.
We need you to be skilled and knowledgeable in:
Video and subtitling skills
Social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube
Engaging with influencers to build brand awareness
Guiding and delivering social media campaigns
Online marketing channels
Supporting SEO initiatives through optimisation of social media strategies & content
Ensuring timely, creative, and meaningful content to increase the reach and engagement of customer
Social media analytics to evaluate performance, lead gen, customer comments and marketing results; effectively translate analytics into actionable insights to constantly drive success
IT skills
excellent level of knowledge/experience
Soft skills and desirable requirements :
To include but not limited to: discretion, trustworthiness, strong planning and organisational skills
A degree or diploma in any subject (in progress or achieved)
not mandatory but would be a bonus
What this role involves:
Monitoring all social media content and posting it on social media platforms
Creating and tracking the performance of a campaign & using social media marketing tools
Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimise campaign content
Review current social media accounts to develop, evolve & lead the companys social media strategy
Generating awareness of the brands and engagement in what they do
Building strong, growing & engaging online communities - including followers, subscribers, likes & group members
Working with a videographer to guide and apply repurposed content to appropriate social media channels
Planning and scheduling posts in line with their social media strategy
Understanding KPIs, tracking, analysing, and defining them specifically for social media
Providing weekly & monthly reports and analysis
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Suggesting and implement new features to develop brand awareness
Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices
Analysing ad revenue, creator earnings, and revenue generation mechanisms on Meta and YouTube platforms
Producing regular reports on Meta and YouTube pay-outs
Managing administrative tasks related to pay-out tracking, ensuring precise record-keeping and seamless coordination with the relevant teams
Salary:
£20,000-24,000 per annum.

ours of work: You must be available to provide services on a specific allocation of days per month with the flexibility to rearrange agreed dates/days should business needs change.
