About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Blackburn. This full-time onsite role is perfect for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for social media and digital communication. As part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, including planning and scheduling content.
• Paid Social Advertising: Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions (3 years of experience preferred).
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with audiences across social platforms, building strong online relationships.
• Content Creation: Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels using tools like Canva.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling and clear messaging for social posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Email Marketing: Design and deliver targeted email campaigns that resonate with audiences.
• Data & Analysis: Use Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like Canva for content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for engaging audiences.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and refine strategies.
• Experience in the technology industry is a bonus but not essential.
