Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Loughborough (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to �28,000 DOE

You'll be the driving force behind our social presence, with a focus on TikTok and other key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). From brainstorming viral concepts to creating scroll-stopping content, you'll take ownership of our brand's voice and vibe across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute TikTok strategies that grow engagement and followers
• Film, edit, and post high-quality short-form video content
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media
• Write punchy, on-brand captions and engage with our online community
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally agency experience
• Proven experience managing and growing TikTok accounts
• Solid design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Strong copywriting skills with a sense of humour and creativity
• Up-to-date knowledge of social trends and content formats
• Organised, proactive, and full of ideas
