This outstanding digital agency, established for a number of years and with industry leading specialisms across multiple digital channels, are going through a period of exceptional growth and now require a Social Media Manager to join the team and deliver organic social campaigns for a range of top brands.The successful candidate will: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, ideally agency-side, with in-depth knowledge of all major social platforms, as you will play a key role in the planning and execution of social media briefs for a range of B2C and B2B brandsBe highly strategic and creative, with a reactive approach to all the latest social trends, to create innovative and topical content that will ensure your clients are leading the online conversation Have a strong track record of planning and implementing cross-platform social campaigns, increasing followers and engagement, and delivering significant ROI for your clients. Be highly data driven, to analyse campaign performance and effectiveness, utilising your findings to inform future campaigns Have excellent account management skills, to offer a consultative approach to your clients, with the commercial acumen to develop accounts and drive revenue Ideally have some line management experience, as you will be required to guide and mentor junior colleagues and play a role in their development and progression
