Social Media Manager - Leading PodcastsWe’re looking for someone who loves making great social media content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Linkedin.The perfect candidate will be adept at producing brilliant social content and have an understanding of what blows up algorithms and makes audiences engage.You will lead on the social page growth and development for 2 - 3 leading podcasts.Our team of killer content producers work with a select group of Podcasts to grow their social channels:• The High Performance Podcast (leading sports podcast)• Parenting Hell with Josh Widdicombe & Rob Beckett (leading comedy podcast)• Fearne Cotton's Happy Place (leading wellness podcast)• More we can't talk about :)You will be responsible for:Leading the Social StrategyCreating brilliant social assets to promote our PodcastsWorking with the Podcast Video editor to create Viral social clipsScheduling, Posting and Managing all social contentCopywriting to hook attentionCommunity building and comment engagementEvaluating content performance on a weekly and monthly basisLiaising with high profile Podcast guests to help promote their episodesUse of paid ad promotion where appropriateEnsuring healthy growth of the Podcast social ChannelsBe the main point of contact for client communicationThe ideal candidate should:Actively follow the latest trends across social mediaBe highly organised with strong prioritisation skillsBe creative, experimental, curious and willing to learnBe comfortable managing more than 1 client at onceDefault to believing all problems are solvableBe resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiativeBe an effective communicatorWe are a fast growing social media & video podcast agency where the opportunity to grow and develop is massive.For the right person, the sky's the limit.To apply please read the instructions very closely:Click Apply on LinkedinSend me a Loom video talking through a Strategy Deck about how you’d grow the High Performance Podcast on social to ##### along with your CV, salary expectations and working location.This role is Remote first but London would be a useful location for in person collaboration.
