A disciplined and diligent professional, you will be integral member of our team and contribute towards our company vision and values.Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager, you will work within our Marketing function to take our organic social media game to another level – our products are the ONLY functional turmeric shots to be backed by science, and we want our social channels to reflect our dynamic and disruptive brand spirit.The responsibilitiesAs Social Media Manager, you will:Develop and execute a winning social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.Create high-quality, engaging content (including organic TikTok videos, Instagram Stories, and YouTube Shorts) that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and fosters a vibrant community.Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and best practices to maximise reach and impact.Utilise social media planning software to schedule content across platforms, collaborate with our graphic designers and videographers, and track performance metrics.Proactively manage all social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and work with our Marketing Assistant to grow our community.Identify opportunities for improvement through competitor analysis and market research.Work with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations) to ensure a seamless brand experience across all touch points.Support brand events and social initiatives. The skillsetProven experience in social media management and content creation.Excellent understanding of social media best practices and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends.A portfolio demonstrating social media graphic design skills.Creative mindset and ability to think strategically and to craft engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn.Experience with social media planning software is a plus.
