Our client is a highly prestigious professional membership body serving the legal sector, they are now seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis in Central London, working 2 days a week in the office with the remaining days working from home. Benefits:Salary: £45,000 - £48,00025 days holiday Pension schemePrivate medical insurance Life assurance The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading a team to produce, edit and share social media content for an audience of over 400,000 followers across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook channels. You’ll have responsibility for curating the social media calendar and content planning, ensuring social posts are creative, engaging and meet the needs of their audience. The organisation has had huge success in a change of vision when it comes to social media over the last 18 months and have seen massive improvement in engagement across all of their channels – they are looking to bring in someone who can take the foundations of that success and continue to build on it with a strategic, data driven and creative approach to social media and community building. The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering impact through social media campaigns across all social platforms, where the ability to engage people through storytelling is super important. You will also have experience in managing a small team of 1 or 2 and enjoy the coaching and development side of people management. As the overall communications part of this business grows, this is an integral role, and will build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
