Description
- Develop and implement social media strategy in line with business goals.
- Manage the creation and publication of engaging, original content.
- Manage and maintain all company social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social media efforts.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Profile
A successful Social Media Manager should have:
- Proven experience in social media role in FMCG industry (or retail industry).
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for copywriting.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work from Liverpool 5 days a week.
