Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Requirements:
\n
\n- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite
\n- Photography & Video Editing: Skilled in using a camera, photo, and video editing
\n- Social Media Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in social media roles
\n- Project & Change Management: Ability to manage projects and adapt to change
\n- Strategic & Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset, ability to influence at all levels
\n- Creativity & Design: Strong design flair and creative content creation
\n- Attention to Detail & Time Management: High accuracy, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
\n- Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills
\n- Industry Experience: Experience in a complex global organisation (retail brand experience is a plus)

The Role:

\n- Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
\n- Create engaging content that reflects brand messaging and resonates with audiences.
\n- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling across platforms.
\n- Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
\n- Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient handling of customer queries.
\n- Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance and optimise strategies.
\n- Collaborate with marketing teams on influencer campaigns and paid social media initiatives.
\n- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and integrate them into strategies.
\n- Monitor online conversations to manage brand reputation and escalate concerns as needed.
\n- Work cross-functionally to align content, campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
