As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our community engaging efforts and help drive the brand’s organic engagement online.
**Role Summary:**
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what content resonates across social media for fashion brands, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences online. This role involves creating and executing innovative social media strategies, managing day-to-day activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Social Media Strategy & Planning:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and marketing objectives.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance to measure the success of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and competitive.
- **Content Creation & Curation:**
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity in all social media content.
- Coordinate with creative team, and influencers to produce visually compelling content.
- **Community Management:**
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand appropriate manner.
- Foster and grow an active community around the brand, encouraging user-generated content and meaningful interactions.
- Monitor and analyse audience behaviour, feedback, and sentiment to inform future content and engagement strategies.
- **Campaign Management:**
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, collaborations, and other brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Utilize social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to amplify campaigns and reach target audiences.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize content, improve engagement, and drive growth.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and industry benchmarks to continually refine the brand’s social media strategy.
- **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:**
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure social media content supports overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with product teams to highlight new arrivals, best-sellers, and seasonal collections in social media content.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to amplify the brand’s reach and visibility.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industries.
- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong visual aesthetic with experience in fashion photography, videography, and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy.
- Experience with social media advertising and a track record of driving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
