This full-time role will be based between various London-based Fitout sites and the ISG London office in Aldgate. In addition to supporting live construction projects, the role also requires the successful candidate to assist the team with implementation of Group and Business Unit Social Value strategies and winning future projects.The role involves working closely with other Social Value and Sustainability professionals, construction project teams, community partners, and the supply chain.The candidate must have the confidence to support multiple project teams simultaneously to ensure that Social Value requirements, such as local employment, apprenticeship numbers, local spend, and community outreach are met. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a working knowledge of how to deliver Social Value in the construction industry.A methodical approach to workload is necessary, as is the ability to prioritise important over urgent. The role involves working in both a standalone capacity as well as being part of the wider Fit OutSocial Value team.
