\nNonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority on the Outskirts of West London who are looking for an experienced social worker to their Assessment & Intervention team.
\nThey offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction
\nThey provide continued Training and Development for workers with good training packages available that include JI and VRI training along with Age assessment training.
\n\nResponsibilities:
\nResponsible for undertaking social work on allocated cases producing outcome based plans, having regard to the needs of, and risks to, children and their families.
\nTo develop effective relationships with CYP and their families to improve impact of work and determine the level of service available ensuring written plans are agreed with the CYP and their families and reflect their views.
