Opus people solutions on behalf of Shropshire Council have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their Assessment Team

Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: �33.30 per hour
Location: Shropshire Council
Remote/Office based: Hybrid

• Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people and their families including the MASH Service, Police and Education Services
• Working within a fast-paced Duty Team and acting on referrals from the MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub)
• Attending to Section 47 enquiries
• Completing Single Assessments
