Job Title: Social Worker - Case Management
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate:£28.55 -33.30
Location: Shire Hall
Remote/Office based: Hybrid working, only required to be in the office for duty days twice a month and team meeting once a month

Case Management Social Worker Hold a case load of families who are under CIN/CPP/PLO/Proceedings and SO.

Role to include visits to families and hold core group meetings etc. write court reports
