Social Worker Children in Care & Care Leavers
Location: South East of England
Rate: £45.34 per hour
Myn is recruiting on behalf of our long-term client in the South East of England for an experienced Social Worker to support children in care and care leavers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
The Role You will: Advocate for children and young people in care, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Work with multi-agency teams, families, and carers to develop and deliver tailored support plans.
Guide and support care leavers as they transition into adulthood, providing advice and practical assistance.
Conduct assessments, create care plans, and review cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Uphold safeguarding measures and legal frameworks to promote the well-being of children and young people.
What Were Looking For Qualified Social Worker with an active HCPC/SWE registration.
At least 3 years of experience working in a similar team.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, and multi-agency working.
Passion for improving the lives of children in care and care leavers.
