Social Worker - Children's Locality - Hybrid Working

Requirements:

• Social Care Wales Registered
• Extensive Social Work experience within Child Protection, Child in Need, Court Work and/or Looked after children
• Access to a vehicle

NonStop's client is based in South East Wales who are looking for a Social Worker for its Children Locality team. The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and strengths-based practise programmes that support our work with children and families. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users.

As they place a high priority on a healthy work / life balance, this allows for more focused and effective working patterns as well as happier staff, you will be able to lean on the service for support and have your manager's ear when looking to work from home.
