Opus people solutions on behalf of Northamptonshire Childrens Trust have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.

Job Title: Social Worker - Children With Disabilaties
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: £34
Location: One Angel Square
Remote/Office based: Hybrid

The Disabled Children's Team supports children with complex disabilities and their families.
The team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, ASYE, Family Support worker and dedicated Business support.

Social worker for Children with Disabilities, Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in care. Assessments of need,, provision and review of care packages and shoer breaks, multi-disciplinary team working.
